1. Cooling-Off Period

Under UK law, customers have 14 days from receiving their order to request a return for most items.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised items

• Digital downloads

• Items returned used or damaged

• Sale/clearance items (unless faulty)

3. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be in unused, resaleable condition with original packaging where applicable.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will replace or refund as appropriate.

5. Return Costs

Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

6. Refund Processing

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
