Handmade products may vary slightly from the listing due to their nature.

All product descriptions, prices and stock levels may change without notice.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm:

  • The information you provide is accurate

  • You understand that handmade items may vary slightly

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud or errors.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in GBP.
We accept payment via Shopify Payments and PayPal.

You are responsible for any import taxes or customs fees for international orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.
Processing times are stated on product listings. These do not include delivery times.

We ship internationally except to EU countries at this time.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns and Refund Policy applies to all purchases.
Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period for eligible items.

Certain products such as custom orders may not be eligible for return.
